14-Day Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection. Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for all returns. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. You can reach us by email at info@mmdstore.ch or via WhatsApp at +41 78 237 46 04. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package is adequately insured, as the returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process:

Contact customer service (info@mmdstore.ch or +41 78 237 46 04) to obtain a RAN and return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the original invoice and any other required documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable and insured method.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

Exchanges:

We gladly offer exchanges. Please contact info@mmdstore.ch to arrange an exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable.

Damaged or Used Returns:

If a returned product is damaged or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may deduct a reduction in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.

In-Store Returns:

In-store returns are also accepted, provided you meet all the return conditions outlined above and have proof of purchase.
