Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required for all returns. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package is adequately insured, as the returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process:

Include the original invoice and any other required documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable and insured method.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
