Shipping within Switzerland:

  • Orders of CHF 250 and over: Free shipping (estimated delivery: 5–7 business days)

International Shipping:

  • Orders under CHF 250: CHF 40.00 (estimated delivery: 10–15 business days)
  • Orders of CHF 250 and over: Free shipping (estimated delivery: 10–15 business days)

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

Enjoy convenient in-store pickup at participating mmdstore locations. Place your order by 8:00 PM local time for same-day pickup. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

Shipping Information

After placing your order, you can expect timely delivery of your purchase. Please note that delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, supply chain issues, weather, and other factors outside our control. For secure delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages left at unsecured locations. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your order after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We reserve the right to refuse reshipment or refunds for unreceived items at our discretion.

Address Changes:

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations are accepted within 3-4 hours of purchase. We are unable to process cancellations after an order has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@mmdstore.ch.

Damaged or Lost Items:
