Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or use beyond reasonable inspection. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@mmdstore.ch or WhatsApp +41 78 237 46 04. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

Contact customer service to obtain RAN and instructions. Pack item securely in original packaging. Include invoice and required documents. Write RAN on package. Ship using trackable and insured service.
