The Process of Your Product Delivery

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to track your order. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, it means we’re preparing your order. You will receive an email once it leaves the warehouse.

Exchange and Return Policies

If you want to return an item, you can return it and we will refund your payment. Returns are accepted under the conditions below.

Conditions for Returning an Item

• Return within 14 days
• Items must be in original condition
• Tags must not be removed
• No odor or damage allowed
• Used or damaged items cannot be returned

How Can I Return an Item?

Contact customer support → Send product in original condition → After inspection, refund will be processed.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges. You will receive a refund and can place a new order if needed.

Alterations (MMD Store Exclusive)

Custom outfit alterations are available. Contact customer support for assistance.
